Preparing for Your NDIS Plan Review: 5 Things You Can Do Today

25-06-2026 by Theo

An NDIS plan review is an opportunity to reflect on your progress, discuss any challenges, and ensure your supports continue to meet your needs.

Preparing early can make the process much less stressful and help you get the most out of your review.

Here are five simple things you can do:

  1. Review your goals
Consider the goals in your current plan and think about what has changed since your last review.
  1. Keep records
Save reports, assessments, and important documents that demonstrate your support needs and progress.
  1. Track your supports
Make note of the services you use regularly and any gaps in support you may have experienced.
  1. Think about future needs
Consider upcoming changes in your life and whether additional supports may be required.
  1. Speak with your support network
Your Support Coordinator, providers, family members, and carers may be able to provide valuable feedback before your review.

Being prepared can help ensure your next NDIS plan reflects your current circumstances and future goals.
