Anne brings over 20 years of experience as a dedicated support worker, having begun her career in respite care facilities and in-home support for individuals with complex needs. Upon completing her Advanced Diploma in Disability Services, Anne progressed into leadership roles, serving as a team leader across the Ballarat and Geelong regions.
Throughout her career, Anne has remained passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals. Her approach is strengths-based, with a natural ability to recognise and build on the unique capabilities of each person she supports.
When Anne isn’t at work, she loves spending quality time with her husband and friends. She especially cherishes any opportunity to connect with her two children—while she’s still considered “cool” in their eyes! A true outdoor enthusiast, Anne enjoys regular walks and never misses a chance to be in the ocean, where she finds joy in longboarding and soaking up the coastal lifestyle.
