Clare has over 15 year’s experience across community services and disability, with extensive experience working within compensable schemes including TAC, NDIS and WorkSafe. She has experience supporting people with complex disabilities and diverse support needs, with a strong focus on promoting independence, building capacity, and empowering participants to exercise choice and control.
Clare is passionate about working alongside participants to understand what matters to them and find practical solutions that support their goals and independence.
Outside work, Clare enjoys walking her dogs, being creative, spending time in nature, and, most importantly, time with her grandchildren.
