KELSEY

KELSEY

Biography

Kelsey brings over seven years of dedicated experience in the disability support sector, delivering direct person-centred care, team leadership and supported independent living house management across Geelong and Surf Coast regions. Throughout her career, she has focused on implementing complex NDIS care plans, navigating multidisciplinary networks and collaborating closely with participants, families and health professional to ensure care is well-coordinated and reliable.

Having worked directly on the ground, Kelsey understands the value of building trusting, genuine relationships to truly understand each participants unique needs. Currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Global health Leadership, she combines her practical experience with a strategic approach to support coordination. She is dedicated to promoting choice and control, helping participants build independence and supporting them to achieve meaningful personal outcomes.

Kelsey chose to move to the Surf Coast to be closer to family and embrace being an aunt, and she has loved settling into the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys the relaxed pace of life by the water, balancing time between creative projects and taking it easy at home spoiling her 12 year old Greyhound.
